Games Workshop Announcement Affecting International Customers

As from 1st June 2011 under the GW trading terms we are no longer permitted to sell Games Workshop items to countries outside of the EEA. Please see the list below of countries we are permitted to ship GW items to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

Please note this restriction affects GW products ONLY. We ship all other games systems internationally.

For orders that contain “pre-order” or “order in” items your order will be shipped as a single consignment when all items are available. We will inform you of an estimated shipping date as soon as possible after you have placed your order. We order from the manufacturer weekly on a Tuesday and expect to take delivery up to 5 days later.

Please note:
In the event that we have despatched the Products and they have been delayed or lost while in the care of the Royal Mail you may recover the price that you have paid and may be able to claim other losses incurred through the delay directly through the Royal Mail for the type of delivery which you have selected in your order. Please ensure you take a copy of your Order Confirmation Email to any Post Office in order to make a claim. Please note that where packages are lost or delayed in transit, is not able to offer a refund or re-ship the products free of charge.

We aim to ship orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday the same day, however, during busier periods this may be longer.

We ship via Hermes who aim to deliver your order to you within the estimated delivery time for the shipping option you have chosen. Please allow up to 5 days for standard delivery options before contacting us.

If you decide to access the Website and make purchases of our products from a location outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws. You are deemed the importer of the Products and it is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations of the country to which the Products are delivered.

Due to the various delivery services outside the United Kingdom, we will only in some cases, be able to confirm that your Order has been delivered to the designated country. Where we are able to confirm delivery to the destination country the responsibility of delivering your order is passed to your local postal service. We have no control in respect of your local delivery services and therefore cannot warrant that your Order will be delivered within a particular timescale.

If you order Products for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied upon the delivery of such Products to the specified address. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing any Order with us.

Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order at no cost to yourself, provided that (a) the goods have not been dispatched; or (b) within seven (7) days from the day after your receipt of the goods. Subject to our normal Terms and Conditions, you will not need to give us a reason for your cancellation nor will you have to pay any penalty
To cancel your order, please send an email to This way we will be able to act quickly upon your request. If your goods have already been dispatched our normal Terms and Conditions apply. If we have already processed the goods for delivery, DO NOT unpack the goods when they arrive at their destination. Please return the parcel to us using a method which allows you to track it’s progress.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order PROVIDED that the goods are returned to us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

You do not have sufficient funds in your account

One or more items you have ordered were displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error OR an error in the pricing information we received from our suppliers.
